Privacy Policy — Zombie Front
Effective date: 5 October 2026
The short version: Zombie Front has no account and no login. Your progress is stored on your device. The game shows ads from Google AdMob (you are asked for consent where the law requires it) and measures anonymous usage with Google Firebase Analytics. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see your name, address or card details.
1. Who we are
Zombie Front ("the App", package com.iaengineering.zombiefront) is a mobile game developed and published by ANSKAITISGROUP S.L. ("we", "us"). Contact for anything privacy-related: info@iaengineering.net
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress — level, upgrades, coins, gems, weapons, heroes, daily rewards, pass progress, purchases already made and settings — is stored only in the local storage of the App on your device. We do not upload it and we hold no copy. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App deletes it permanently; we cannot restore it or delete it for you because we never receive it.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Unless you remove ads with an in-app purchase, the App shows banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use your advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device and app information (model, operating system, app version) and information about the ads you see and interact with. We do not receive this data and do not combine it with anything else.
- Consent. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the App shows Google's consent form on first launch, before any ad is requested. You can review or change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & ad choices.
- Your controls on Android. You can reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Rewarded videos are always optional. You choose to watch one in exchange for a reward; you can decline without losing anything you already have.
- How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Analytics (Google Firebase)
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the game is played so that we can fix problems and balance levels: events such as "level started / completed / failed", "ad watched", "purchase completed", together with an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, language and approximate country. These events do not contain your name, email address or any content you typed. Where consent is required, measurement stays limited until you have answered Google's consent form.
5. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
The App offers optional purchases: gem packs, packs and bundles, "Remove Ads", the Front Pass and the VIP subscription (weekly or monthly, auto-renewing).
- All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; Google is the merchant of record and handles your payment details. We do not receive or store your payment method, billing address or name. The App only receives the confirmation that a purchase succeeded so that it can deliver the item.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Manage or cancel them any time in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
- Restore purchases (Settings) re-delivers items you already own on a new device with the same Google account.
6. Virtual items and random rewards
- Coins, gems and other in-game items are virtual and have no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between people.
- The daily lucky wheel and supply crates give randomly chosen rewards. They are earned by playing, by the daily free spin, or by watching an optional video. No randomised item can be bought with real money.
7. Permissions
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— ads, analytics and purchases.com.android.vending.BILLING— Google Play purchases.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID— lets the ads SDK read the advertising ID (subject to your consent and Android's ad settings).VIBRATE— haptic feedback (can be switched off in Settings).
The App does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or calendar.
8. Children
Zombie Front is a general-audience game with cartoon violence, intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to info@iaengineering.net and we will delete it.
9. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
We do not hold personal data about you: your progress stays on your device, and ad and analytics data is processed by Google under its own policies. To exercise your rights over data Google holds (access, deletion, objection, opt-out of personalisation) use Google's tools: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy and the Android ad settings above, or withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy & ad choices.
If you email us we process your message and address only to answer you (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete it when the matter is closed. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
10. International transfers and security
Google may process ad and analytics data in countries outside your own, under the safeguards described in Google's policies. We operate no server that stores player data. Traffic between the App, Google Play and Google's services uses HTTPS.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the App's data practices change; the effective date above will change with it. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
